Issues and Feature Requests
If you encounter a malfunction in our web services or need a feature that we do not currently provide, you can submit a query on our mysupport portal, indicating TS Enterprise Cloud as the product.
Before creating a new feature request, make sure it is not already planned in the features we are developing.
Technical Questions
Are you having trouble getting started with integrating our APIs? Do you have any doubts about how to implement your specific use case?
If you are new to TSE in Cloud and just need the first push to start using our APIs, you can check out our Step-by-step and Quickstarts sections, which are dedicated to the first steps you need to take to interact with our APIs.
If you have already started implementing an integration but are stuck trying to solve a problem, it is likely that some other developer has faced the same situation before. For this reason, we have decided to collect the most common questions in the FAQs section, to quickly solve the problems you are likely to encounter.
Some use cases have proven to be more complicated than others, so we have decided to create some ad hoc guides. In our Examples Section, we try to explain how to perform complex operations in detail. Additionally, we have prepared a series of supported use case scenarios with related use cases that allow you to start from real cases and go into detail down to individual service calls.
