Issues and Implementation Requests

If you encounter a malfunction in our web services or need a feature that we currently do not provide, you can submit a request on our mysupport portal mysupport, specifying TS Enterprise Cloud as the product.

Before creating a new implementation request, make sure it is not already planned in the feature we are developing.
